Description

Lead development of Java and Node microservices for the financial domain, owning the end-to-end SDLC.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Java and Node RESTful microservices using Spring Boot.
• Lead technical direction and development within the financial domain.
• Implement observability and monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Manage cloud integration with Azure services via Azure SDK.
• Oversee deployment via CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java design, development, and leadership.
• Deep backend expertise with Java 8 or 11.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• 3-5 years of experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure SDK.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases, specifically Cosmos DB.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong knowledge of JUnit for testing.
• Frontend experience with Angular.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, MongoDB, Oracle, and SQL.
• Cloud experience with AWS.
