Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Microservices using Spring Boot
• 2+ years of experience developing Microservices using Cassandra and MongoDB
• 2+ years of experience developing and deploying Microservices in Microsoft Azure
• End-to-end development experience, including backend database, application server, and web server layers
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe Agile
• Experience integrating third-party applications, including Web Services, Tax Processors, Payment Processors, and Fulfillment systems
• Strong knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOA/OOD)
• Ability to provide strategic direction and support development/architecture teams with effective strategies and technical solutions
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Experience implementing eCommerce solutions for multi-channel retailers
• Experience with payment processing solutions
• Strong experience in retail technology
• Technical architecture and backend development leadership
• Experience with enterprise-scale Microservices architecture

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based backend Microservices using Spring Boot
• Design and implement scalable Microservices architectures

• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to drive technical strategies and solutions
