Description

You will lead backend service development, technical design, and production support for distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions from business requirements.
• Own Level 3 production support for distributed systems.
• Drive CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers on technical implementation and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Core Java and Data Structures/Algorithms experience.
• Proficiency with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
• Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka.
• Demonstrated ability in performance optimization and JVM profiling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading development efforts for core backend services.
