Description

You will design high-level software architecture and lead development projects for scalable Java-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software architecture, blueprints, and design patterns for the development team.
• Write high-quality, scalable, and efficient code throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor developers on architectural principles and best practices.
• Develop automation strategies to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Supervise maintenance and updates of existing codebases, focusing on quality and security.

Required Skills

• 7-8+ years in software engineering, including 5 years leading development projects.
• Proficiency in J2EE and JavaStruts application development.
• Expertise in Python and J2EE application debugging.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Angular or Node.js.
• Strong skills in system-level debugging and fine-tuning services.
• Experience developing and debugging network programming and applications.
• Familiarity with SIP and VoIP industry collaboration solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaboration with product managers.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives by adopting new tools.
