Lead technical design, implementation, and deployment across the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation for J2EE applications and web services.
• Own the release pipeline while mentoring the team and ensuring architectural alignment.
• Develop reference implementations and conduct Proof of Concept studies for feasibility.
• Mentor team members by planning, assigning, and monitoring development tasks.
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews; publish detailed design documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT Developer experience with J2EE applications.
• 10+ years of experience in web services design and development (SOAP/XML and REST/JSON).
• 10+ years of relational database development using SQL.
• 10+ years of experience designing integrations between enterprise applications and internal/external solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure, AKS, DevOps, and AzureSQL.
• 5+ years of experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery using Azure.
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• 5+ years of experience with Java, SpringBoot, and VueJS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited institution.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Micro-services Architecture.
• Experience developing dynamic applications with externalized, configuration-driven content and business logic.
