Description

Senior Java Developer responsible for building and maintaining scalable cloud-native applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement REST and SOAP web services using JSON and XML.
• Build and deploy microservices within AWS and CloudFoundry environments.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and source control using Jenkins, TeamCity, or Bamboo.
• Implement TDD practices using JUnit and Mockito to ensure code quality.
• Debug and monitor application performance using Splunk, SumoLogic, or NewRelic.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, including OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Core, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or JPA.
• Practical knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and Terraform.
• Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL query writing and database schema design, preferably with Oracle RDBMS.
• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Competency in web service testing tools such as SOAP UI, JMeter, or Postman.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with messaging frameworks like JMS.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, NodeJS, or AngularJS) and CSS/HTML.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like Redis, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
