Description

You will design, develop, and implement scalable Java/J2EE web applications to solve complex business problems. You will provide senior-level technical oversight across multiple IT projects, translating strategic initiatives into documented architectural approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design and build sustainable technical solutions and high-quality integrations between third-party applications and internal systems.
• Analyze requirements and use cases to determine development strategies and present technical designs to stakeholders.
• Perform thorough testing, debugging, and root cause analysis to ensure application security, reliability, and optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java and J2EE.
• 5+ years of experience with Hibernate, Spring, JPA, and Groovy.
• 3+ years of experience with Spring MVC, Spring Batch, and Spring Data.
• 3+ years of experience with DevOps, CI/CD, GIT, and Jenkins.
• 3+ years of experience developing REST and SOAP web services.
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks including ReactJS and NextJS.
• 2+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JSON.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle RDBMS and SQL.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Azure development, CMS knowledge (Drupal, WordPress), and Agile methodology.
• Healthcare insurance industry domain knowledge and web accessibility/usability expertise.
