Description

You will design, develop, and implement enterprise-level web applications for B2B and B2C incentive and e-commerce platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements to propose and construct technical solutions.
• Design and develop applications across web, application, and database tiers.
• Lead technical efforts by interacting with architects, business analysts, and client teams.
• Estimate, implement, and support software to meet specific business requirements.
• Deliver new features and functionality within established timelines.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience developing OO applications.
• Extensive experience with Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and Struts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Strong database skills using Oracle SQL and Toad.
• Hands-on experience with JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Framework.
• Experience with JUnit, Apache/Tomcat, and JBoss application servers.
• Knowledge of relational database design and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
• Experience using Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.
• Familiarity with source control tools such as CVS, VSS, or ClearCase.

Preferred Skills

• Agile or RUP development processes.
• Web Services and Rational development tools.
• Testing tools and methodologies.
