Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the J.D. Edwards World A7.3 ERP solution on iSeries.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test iSeries RPG applications for J.D. Edwards World A7.3.
• Lead project planning activities and guide architecture and application design decisions.
• Provide 2nd-tier production support, including off-hours support for iSeries and J.D. Edwards applications.
• Train and mentor RPG developers on programming standards, best practices, and development tools.
• Execute maintenance programming and software development within the J.D. Edwards environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 3 years of experience with JD Edwards World software.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with the full development lifecycle in an iSeries environment.
• Proficiency in RPG, CL, ILE, DB2, and SQL.
• Experience with XML and Web services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Distribution, EDI mapping, EXTOL, or Varsity Shipsoft.
