Description

You will manage and optimize the Atlassian product suite to support enterprise-level processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Enable enterprise-level processes using Jira and Confluence.
• Configure and support integrations using development tools on Jira.
• Manage reports within Jira and supported reporting applications.
• Facilitate workflows across diverse teams in an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Service Desk.
• Deep expertise administering Atlassian products and add-ons like Zephyr.
• Practical understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile frameworks.
• Technical understanding of common networking terms and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
