Description

You will design and manage Jira Cloud solutions to support scaled agile processes and enterprise transformation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute migration plans from Rally to Jira.
• Support Planview to Jira integration using Planview Hub.
• Manage integrations between Jira Software and Jira Service Management via API and marketplace add-ons.
• Automate manual platform management processes through scripting and programming.
• Evaluate third-party add-ons and develop technical documentation and training materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing and configuring Atlassian products.
• Deep expertise in Jira Cloud, Jira Service Manager, and Jira Automation.
• Experience with Atlassian Marketplace add-ons including ScriptRunner and Zephyr Automated Test Suite.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or other programming languages.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Kanban development frameworks.
• Experience with Rally, Trello, and other project management tools.
• Hands-on experience with identity management, SSO, and license management.
• Ability to use a personal device to connect via Citrix.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale migrations from Rally to Jira.
