Description

You will configure, manage, and customize Jira projects, workflows, and integrations for enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira Software and Service Management environments, including installation and configuration.
• Develop custom scripts, automations, and plugins using ScriptRunner, Groovy, and Java.
• Design and maintain integrations between Jira and CI/CD platforms.
• Configure Advanced Roadmaps and Elements Connect solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize platform performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Jira administration and engineering.
• Strong experience with Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira configuration, customization, and workflow design.
• Experience with ScriptRunner and Groovy development.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Experience with Jira Service Desk installation and configuration.
• Knowledge of Jira Advanced Roadmaps and Elements Connect.
• Strong command of JQL (Jira Query Language).
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing custom Jira plugins and extensions.
• Expertise with REST APIs and enterprise system integrations.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and modern software delivery pipelines.
