Description

You will manage and configure Kronos Workforce Central v8.1.16 to meet business requirements. You will own the release and support of Finance, HR, and Support team solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Kronos solutions for Finance, HR, and Support functions.
• Provide hands-on functional support, including problem identification, resolution, and documentation.
• Create and update interfaces using Workforce Integration Manager.
• Manage and support Payroll and HR functions within the application.
• Collaborate across functional areas to align business needs with application solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Central v8.1.16.
• Expertise in Workforce Timekeeper and Workforce Activities.
• Proficiency with Workforce Integration Manager for interface management.
• Experience with Setup Data Manager and Workforce Accruals.
• Knowledge of Workforce Leave, Workforce Attendance, and Navigator Framework.
• Experience configuring Workforce Mobile and Pay Policies.
• Ability to create, modify, and run queries in Oracle.
