Description

Lead the design, programming, testing, and implementation of integrations for the Workforce Management System.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve ETL jobs from Workday and Epic to Kronos/Dimensions, ensuring successful batch resends.
• Manage server patching, service restarts, and application validation to maintain system stability.
• Own end-to-end troubleshooting of interface errors, failed punches, and termination list automation.
• Conduct requirements gathering and detailed design sessions to align application functionality with business needs.
• Oversee clock maintenance and coordinate with desktop support for hardware configuration or vendor returns.

Required Skills

• 7-9+ years of experience in Kronos and ETL processes.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kronos and Dimensions configuration and setup.
• Experience managing migrations from Kronos to Dimensions.
• Technical understanding of Kronos APIs and integration frameworks.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting Boomi integrations in Dimensions.
• Knowledge of Dataview in Dimensions.
• Proven ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and business process improvements independently.
