Lead Oracle EBS WMS implementations and solution architecture for complex warehouse management environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct project scoping and requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders.
• Develop solution architecture patterns and drive the adoption of standardized best practices.
• Manage end-to-end system configuration, functional testing, and documentation including MD50 and TE40.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to manage the CEMLI build phase and unit testing.
• Lead SIT, user training, UAT, and cutover activities to ensure successful go-live.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS WMS module.
• Proven track record with 2-3 end-to-end implementations and development projects.
• 4+ years of consulting experience creating requirement specifications and E2E solution designs.
• Extensive experience integrating EBS WMS with OM, PO, Inventory, WIP, and BOM manufacturing modules.
• Expertise in writing functional specifications, test scripts, and training manuals using OUM methodology.
• Deep knowledge of the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and facilitate functional specification schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Technical understanding of Oracle EBS WMS underlying tables, views, and procedures.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
