Description

Lead functional delivery for Oracle EBS Warehouse Management System implementations and support. Own end-to-end solution design, configuration, and stakeholder alignment for complex distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct requirement gathering workshops, scoping sessions, and client stakeholder management.
• Develop solution architecture patterns, functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials using OUM methodology.
• Configure Oracle EBS WMS modules and integrate with OM, PO, Inventory, WIP, and BOM.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams during CEMLI build, unit testing, SIT, and UAT phases.
• Drive go-live preparation, cutover planning, and post-implementation support with independent problem resolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS WMS with 2-3 full end-to-end implementations.
• 4+ years of consulting experience creating requirement specifications and E2E solution designs.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS WMS configuration, including MD50, TE40, and related functionalities.
• Strong understanding of integration with distribution modules: Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, WIP, and BOM.
• Proficiency in writing functional specifications, MoM, and closing open questions independently.
• Bachelor of Science degree; MBA preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Technical understanding of underlying EBS tables, views, and procedures.
• Basic SQL and PL/SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
