Description

You will lead the management, configuration, and optimization of complex relational and non-relational database environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage SQL Server databases across the full lifecycle, from development to mission-critical production systems.
• Execute database migrations from physical servers to AWS cloud services and configure ETL replication using AWS DMS.
• Perform installation, version upgrades, replication, and performance tuning for MariaDB and PostgreSQL.
• Own backup, recovery, and monitoring processes for MongoDB, Cassandra, and CosmosDB.
• Configure and maintain AWS Redshift, including user management and database migrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in production database management.
• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL technologies including PostgresDB, SQL Server, CosmosDB, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL (5.6.x, 5.7.x, 8.x) and MariaDB (10.x, 11.x).
• Proficiency in AWS cloud services: RDS (MySQL, PostgreSQL), Aurora, Redshift, and AWS DMS.
• Experience with database installation, configuration, and query tuning.
• Proven track record with on-premise to cloud migration and upgrade projects.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AWS DocumentDB.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
