Description

Lead technical support, development, and integration for Media Content Supply Chain Services applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead support resources to manage incident and request responses in accordance with established SLAs.
• Translate business cases into detailed technical designs, provide estimates, and conduct code reviews.
• Plan, schedule, and track development of enhancements using agile methodology.
• Modify existing Media Supply Chain Services software to correct errors, improve performance, or integrate with downstream systems.
• Supervise programmers and support personnel while managing stakeholder communication and project status reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development and support.
• Advanced coding experience in .NET (C#).
• Advanced expertise in T-SQL and PL-SQL.
• Experience managing system performance standards and diagnosing functional interruptions or data integration issues.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors for process orientation and knowledge transfer.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage technical delivery within time and cost constraints.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
