Description

You will lead technical delivery and architecture for full-stack applications within a distributed team environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-shore and off-shore teams through the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications.
• Build and maintain front-end interfaces using React.
• Implement and manage NoSQL database systems using Cassandra and MongoDB.
• Integrate Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of overall professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Extensive experience with React.js for front-end development.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, specifically Cassandra and MongoDB.
• Proficiency with Apache Kafka for messaging and data streaming.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be located in EST or CST time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the retail or e-commerce domain.
