Description

You will lead a QA team in designing and executing automated and manual testing strategies for front-end and back-end applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA testers.
• Design and execute automated test cases using Leapwork for modular and microservices systems.
• Develop test cases for integration into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous testing.
• Perform UI, API, and database testing to ensure data integrity and functionality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and work with developers to resolve defects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in QA and testing roles.
• Proficiency with Automation Testing and Manual Testing.
• Experience with Selenium, Python, and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and ServiceNow.
• Ability to design and implement automated regression, functional, and end-to-end scripts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
