Description

You will lead the QA team and manage the automation framework for modular and microservices systems in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA testers to ensure software quality across front-end and back-end applications.
• Design, implement, and execute automated test cases using Leapwork for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Integrate test cases into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous testing and deployment.
• Perform UI, API, and database testing to validate functionality and data integrity.
• Conduct root cause analysis on defects and coordinate with vendor teams to align testing strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automated testing.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience using Leapwork.
• Expertise in UI testing, API testing, and SQL for data validation.
• Experience working with modular and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience using ServiceNow for defect tracking and process management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for performing root cause analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Leapwork with ServiceNow.
• Relevant QA certifications.
