Good to Have Skills: Ability to sketch or draw concepts and ideas with storyboarding skills being a plus. Knowledge of scripting languages to automate artist tools. Experience using asset control systems like Perforce. Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies. Strong focus on accuracy and capability to adhere to technical and regulatory requirements. Gaming experience is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and update artwork and animation for video-based gaming projects with high quality standards.
• Focus on optimizing the content implementation pipeline to ensure flawless execution and delivery.
• Manage asset management, file organization, and output configuration with strict adherence to guidelines.
• Efficiently schedule and manage time, collaborating with agile development leaders to plan and complete work.
• Deliver assets punctually and according to specifications with outstanding attention to detail and quality.
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure accuracy and quality of work meets project standards.
• Document game processes as per business requirements and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to achieve the highest quality games possible for global audiences.
• Follow studio management guidelines to manage and develop art assets supporting business needs effectively.
• Innovate and bring new ideas to improve tools and processes for enhanced productivity.

Experience Required: 5+ years of proven experience in 2D/3D gaming and game development with strong proficiency in Adobe products and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree, BFA, MFA, or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
