Description

You will lead the technical art pipeline for 2D and 3D gaming projects, ensuring high-quality asset delivery and optimized implementation workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update artwork and animation for video-based gaming projects with strict adherence to quality standards.
• Optimize content implementation pipelines to ensure flawless execution and delivery of art assets.
• Manage asset control, file organization, and output configuration using Perforce and studio guidelines.
• Collaborate with agile development teams to schedule work, conduct peer reviews, and maintain project documentation.
• Innovate tools and processes to enhance productivity and support business needs for global audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in 2D and 3D gaming and game development.
• Strong proficiency in Unity, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with asset control systems, specifically Perforce.
• Ability to use scripting languages to automate artist tools and workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in 2D gaming and 3D gaming pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to sketch or draw concepts with storyboarding skills.
• Bachelor's degree, BFA, MFA, or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
