Description

You will lead the development, integration, and maintenance of web-based software applications and client-side systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain web thin and thick client applications using agile methodologies.
• Manage the full web development lifecycle, including requirements determination, design, testing, documentation, and implementation.
• Perform web administration tasks such as server management (IIS, Apache), servlet container management (Tomcat), security patching, and SSL certificate management.
• Mentor team members on software development life cycle, design, and analysis techniques.
• Conduct code reviews and submit System Change Requests (SCRs) for Configuration Control Board (CCB) review.
• Ensure all websites meet Operations Security, Section 508, and regulatory compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software programming and development.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, ColdFusion, ASP, PHP, Java, and SQL/Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Asp.net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Eleventy, Jsp, and Python.
• Familiarity with code repositories including Team Foundation Server (TFS) and DevOps.
• Experience working within Integrated Development Environments (IDEs).
• Ability to migrate Oracle Forms and Repositories.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agile development workflows and client engagement.
