Description

You will design and develop scalable backend platforms using .NET 6+ for e-commerce microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing microservices using ASP.NET and C# that scale to millions of requests.
• Translate business requirements into technical services, integration models, and architectural diagrams.
• Lead development teams in implementing microservices while ensuring adherence to SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Collaborate with DevOps to automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling within Azure environments.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, including performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with career progression to Architect level.
• 6+ years of experience as a Software Architect focusing on APIs and integration layers.
• 5+ years of experience building REST-based APIs using .NET Web API.
• Expertise in .NET 6+, C#, and ASP.NET.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services including Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure Cosmos, Azure Redis, and Azure Event Hub.
• Proficiency in T-SQL, RDMS/MySQL, and database optimization (indexes, triggers, stored procedures).
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, CI/CD pipelines, and releases).
• Strong knowledge of Event-Driven Systems and Azure Functions.
• Experience with unit testing using xUnit or nUnit, mocking frameworks (Moq, AutoFac, or NSubstitute), and Fluent Validation.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in Azure and .NET.
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale microservices platforms in production.
