Description

Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation, managing the annual compensation cycle from planning through deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the complete annual compensation cycle, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide best-practice recommendations for the Workforce Compensation module.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate compensation data and process integrity.
• Provide post-cycle support and address user inquiries regarding compensation structures.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Extensive expertise in the Oracle Workforce Compensation module.
• Proven ability to configure the application and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience leading annual compensation cycles from start to finish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence Management, Benefits, EBS Time & Labor, or UKG).
• Experience integrating Workforce Compensation with other Oracle HCM modules.
