Description

You will develop and maintain complex Liferay DXP environments and custom web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom portlets, hooks, themes, CMS structures, and templates for Liferay DXP.
• Implement Service Builder and REST Builder to manage backend services.
• Build and manage Liferay Fragments, forms, and WCM features.
• Execute full SDLC tasks within Agile/SCRUM workflows.
• Manage API security, analytics, throttling, caching, and logging implementations.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of professional Liferay DXP development experience (minimum version 7.2).
• Hands-on experience with Liferay DXP 7.4.
• Proficiency in Angular.js or Angular development.
• Experience with JSON, AJAX, and SOA implementations.
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP based Web Services.
• Practical experience with jUnit, Jenkins, and GitLab.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
• Knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, functions, and complex queries.
• 5-7 years of experience using web servers, application servers, and RDBMS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Liferay Cloud and Liferay Analytics Cloud.
• Ability to create REST API documentation using Swagger or RAML.
