Description

You will own the stability and security of Linux server environments, leading technical teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 3 technical escalations and troubleshoot complex system failures.
• Implement and enforce network security policies using IPTables, CSF, or firewalld.
• Automate server installations and manage core services including DHCP, DNS, FTP, NFS, and Samba.
• Lead technical teams to ensure operational continuity and service availability.
• Manage user accounts, password policies, and RAID level configurations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Linux server administration.
• Hands-on expertise with CentOS, Fedora, and RHEL distributions.
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Apache, Tomcat, and cPanel.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, Zenoss, or Cacti.
• Ability to manage physical and virtual servers using ESXi, Hypervisor, or Citrix.
• Working knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Competency in writing shell and batch scripts for automation.
• Familiarity with mailing servers, backup technologies, and Squid proxy content filtering.
