Description

Manage the configuration, deployment, and support of compute, virtualization, and storage systems across cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support compute systems including Client, EC2, and Lenovo hardware.
• Deploy and maintain VMware ESXi and vCenter virtualization applications.
• Administer Linux operating systems such as CentOS, RHEL, and Debian.
• Manage NAS storage appliances like NetApp and cloud-based storage including EBS and NFSv3.
• Support Linux services and daemons including MySQL, SMTP, DNS, HTTPD, SSL, and Kerberos.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Systems Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS cloud computing environments.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, Perl, or Node.
• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization.
• Technical background in systems architecture and integration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in the telecommunications sector.
