You will own advanced system support and security initiatives for mission-critical infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Linux hardening efforts, including OS firewalling, SELinux, MFA, encryption, and auditd configuration.
• Manage and resolve alerts across Linux, VMware, and storage environments.
• Support Linux systems hosting Oracle DBs in iSCSI/FC SAN setups.
• Implement and manage Red Hat Satellite for patching and vulnerability management.
• Develop automation and scripting using Bash, Python, Ansible, and REST APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience with Linux systems.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Working knowledge of VMware environments.
• Familiarity with REST APIs for automation.
• Experience with NetApp storage (NFS/iSCSI/FC) and NFSv4 with Kerberos.
• Experience supporting Cisco UCS/blade infrastructures.
