Description

Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of self-hosted and cloud infrastructure for remote sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Linux/OpenShift infrastructure and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Orchestrate containerized applications and microservices using VMware vSphere and OpenShift.
• Automate software delivery processes and system patching using Ansible, Satellite, and Jenkins.
• Develop and deploy automation scripts using Perl, Python, Groovy, Java, or Bash.
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues across Jenkins and Azure environments, including Linux, SSO, IDM, RDS, and CloudFormation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Linux administration, cloud computing, and DevOps engineering.
• Expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Jenkins, and Git.
• Proficiency in scripting with Perl, Python, Groovy, Java, and Bash.
• Experience with VMware vSphere and RedHat Satellite.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, and SSH.
• Experience with Splunk and WhatsUpGold.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMware Tanzu, Docker, or RHEL Atomic OS.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Chef, Maven, and Git.
