Description

You will lead the development of Large Language Model systems and generative AI implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive the engineering team toward a defined technical roadmap.
• Design and implement LLM techniques including prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
• Collaborate with business SMEs to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain machine learning models and software systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in building machine learning models and systems.
• 3-4 years of focused experience in LLMs.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG, and agents.
• Proficiency in Python, Langchain, and SQL.
• Practical understanding of cloud services such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Strong software engineering background.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing technical roadmaps for engineering teams.
