Description

You will design, train, and deploy generative AI solutions for enterprise clients using LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models and agent-based systems.
• Own the Python and SQL codebase, ensuring reusable components, scalability, and performance.
• Deploy GenAI applications on cloud platforms while optimizing resource usage and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with product owners and business SMEs to translate requirements into technical AI products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team to drive the technical roadmap.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience building Machine Learning models and systems.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLM techniques, specifically prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
• Expert proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Any Graduate degree.
