Description

You will build and optimize large language model solutions to solve complex business problems for Fortune 500 customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLMs using prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based architectures.
• Own the Python and SQL codebase, focusing on reusable components, scalability, and performance.
• Deploy GenAI applications on Azure, GCP, or AWS while optimizing resource usage and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to translate requirements into AI products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team regarding machine learning and LLM development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience building Machine Learning models and systems.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLM techniques, specifically prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
• Expert proficiency in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and SQL.
• Experience with LLM systems and RAG implementations.
• Knowledge of cloud services including Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Experience managing CI/CD processes.
• Proven ability to drive engineering teams toward a technical roadmap.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing multi-agent LLM systems and open-source LLM deployments.
