Description

You will manage and secure Microsoft 365 messaging, identity, and collaboration ecosystems for distributed teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage MS Exchange Online, including implementation and maintenance of hybrid mode configurations.
• Monitor messaging and identity system health to proactively address maintenance and outage requirements.
• Implement advanced authentication using MFA and identity protocols for federation and single sign-on (SSO).
• Administer Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure IaaS/PaaS resources including Front Door and Virtual Machines.
• Provide 3rd-level technical support for complex messaging and identity issues.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in high-level Microsoft Exchange troubleshooting.
• 5 years of experience specifically with Exchange Online.
• 5 years of PowerShell experience focused on infrastructure automation.
• Deep expertise in SSO and identity protocols including Azure AD, ADFS, SAML, RADIUS, LDAP, and OAuth.
• Experience building and maintaining Azure IaaS and PaaS resources.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
• Experience configuring and managing mobile devices and laptops via MobileIron Cloud and Microsoft Intune.
