What's the Job?

• Support and enhance high-volume, high-availability mainframe applications written in IBM z/OS assembler language.
• Analyze complex assembler codebases to diagnose and resolve critical production issues efficiently.
• Maintain and troubleshoot JCL, GDGs, and batch processing environments to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, platform changes, and process improvements.
• Support check/image item processing and payment platforms within a regulated financial environment.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in IBM Mainframe application development and production support.
• Deep expertise in Assembler (HLASM) programming, JCL development, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Connect:Direct (NDM), ISPW, CA7 scheduling, and TSO/ISPF environment.
• Proven ability to support high-volume financial transaction systems in high-availability environments.
• Strong understanding of mainframe datasets, VSAM, and utilities, along with incident management processes
