Description

You will lead technical projects centered on mainframe technologies, mentoring a team to design, develop, and implement applications while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a technical team designing and implementing mainframe applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews to enforce best practices and maintain coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within mainframe applications promptly.
• Coordinate integration efforts between mainframe applications and other systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Strong expertise in Cobol, Db2, Vsam, Jcl, and Cics.
• Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and application optimization.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end mainframe development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a technical team effectively.
