Description

You will lead the analysis, design, and development of application code for criminal case management and judiciary systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, and test all application code owned by the team.
• Develop new or modified programs based on technical specifications and business requirements.
• Perform unit testing and participate in usability testing alongside end users.
• Maintain existing applications, including production support and enhancement work.
• Create and maintain supportive technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of technical IT experience with extensive hands-on COBOL coding, testing, and debugging.
• 12+ years of experience with IBM OS/JCL (MVS).
• 10+ years of experience with IBM/DB2 and CICS.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead capacity.
• Experience coding complex DB2 Stored Procedures.
• Experience with APPC/LU 6.2 or MQ Programming in COBOL-CICS.
• 9+ years of experience in usability testing and system testing with users.
• 9+ years of experience developing technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IDMS/DC to CICS conversions.
• Experience with IDMS to DB2 conversions.
