Description

You will lead the ABM roadmap and manage a team of campaigners executing one:one and one:few programs for prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute data-driven, multi-channel digital and white-glove ABM strategies to increase coverage, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, including account selection, content development, performance analysis, and attribution reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales Ops, and Analytics to refine account selection, scoring, and program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams to ensure campaign alignment, identify coverage gaps, and maintain execution timelines.
  • Develop scalable, repeatable processes and tactics while managing the ABM budget.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience developing and executing strategic ABM programs that drive ROI and business impact.
  • Deep expertise in ABM technologies, tactics, metrics, and measurements within enterprise buying cycles.
  • Hands-on experience owning ABM technologies and managing external partners.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong project management skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional communication skills for presenting strategy and driving alignment with executives and sales reps.
  • Proficiency with ABM technologies, Salesforce, Bombora, and Twilio Segment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in solutions sales organizations with complex buying cycles.
  • Experience using Mutiny and 6sense.
