Description
You will lead the creation, planning, and execution of integrated omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition in net new accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build long-term visions for multi-touch customer journeys and manage day-to-day campaign operations.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns to build leads, pipeline, and revenue.
- Plan, execute, and measure effective lead nurture programs.
- Analyze the conversion funnel to identify opportunities and report on performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate strategic plans to marketing leadership.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, or campaign management.
- Expertise in email marketing, conversion rate optimization, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, paid digital, webinars, and direct mail.
- Proficiency with Marketo, Salesforce, and ABM platforms such as 6Sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.
- Strong command of marketing strategy fundamentals including buyer personas, buying journeys, and funnel stages.
- Experience managing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM strategies.
- Ability to work remotely within Eastern US or EMEA time zones.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
