Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data quality and data governance frameworks.
• Influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization using data-driven insights.
• Apply advanced reporting and analytical methods to solve complex problems.
• Maintain technical proficiency by staying current with evolving data technologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data strategy or data operations.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python.
• Practical understanding of APIs.
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, listening, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Proven team leadership experience including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Domain expertise in Human Resources data, processes, or people analytics.
