Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data platform solutions and complex data transformations.
• Lead engineering teams, track deliverables, and manage resources in deadline-oriented environments.
• Mentor engineers to ensure technical growth, delivery quality, and team stability.
• Collaborate with organizational managers and stakeholders to align data management with business needs.

Required Skills

• 17+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years in a team leadership role.
• Proficiency with Kafka, Spark, Scala, Hive, and Java/Python.
• Experience with Shell scripting and DevOps tools: Bitbucket, Artifactory, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and Data Flow.
• Knowledge of Teradata, Data Governance, and Data Quality.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
