Description

You will lead data migration activities for a large-scale Endur ETRM greenfield implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document data migration requirements by collaborating with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams.
• Develop detailed data mapping documentation between legacy systems and the Endur platform.
• Define and execute data migration test plans, including validation scripts, reconciliation reports, and user acceptance criteria.
• Work with technical teams to define extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and project leadership to resolve data discrepancies and defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data migration projects.
• Deep understanding of Endur ETRM systems, including data models and integration requirements.
• Experience with greenfield Endur ETRM implementations.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and methodologies.
• Domain knowledge of energy trading and risk management processes, including trading, risk analysis, and settlements.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex data migration efforts.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams through strong stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and their integration with ETRM systems.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Business Analysis or related disciplines.
