Responsibilities

• Analyze business issues and data to formulate and implement organizational initiatives.
• Support senior executives in tracking business goals, performance metrics, and targets.
• Monitor project progress through active tracking, periodical reporting, and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct strategic, financial, market, and operational research to support business planning.
• Prepare and lead periodical business reviews using strategic, tactical, and operational metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in strategic planning or business analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
• Strong ability to analyze complex data sets to drive decision-making.
• Proven experience in formulating and implementing business and operational strategies.
• Structured thinking and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
• Ability to manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• MBA from a top-ranked university.
