Lead global HRIT operations with a primary focus on the Workday ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage globally distributed teams, including offshore resources.
• Lead HRIT projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews for integration work.
• Oversee the operational health of the Workday environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recent, hands-on Workday operational expertise.
• Proven experience managing global teams and offshore resources.
• Direct experience with Workday integrations, specifically PECI and WECI.
• Strong project management background within HRIT.
• Ability to perform technical design and code reviews.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Previous hands-on experience developing Workday integrations.
