Lead globally distributed teams to plan, design, develop, and implement Guidewire solutions. Own the full development lifecycle from architectural diagrams to production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead globally distributed teams in planning, designing, and implementing Guidewire solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to validate requirements and influence prioritization.
• Create architectural diagrams, detailed design documents, and technical estimates for screens, business rules, and workflows.
• Write code, configure software, perform peer reviews, and establish coding standards.
• Manage people by setting goals, conducting 1-on-1s, hiring talent, and mentoring senior resources.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Guidewire integration development expertise in Gosu, Rules Engine, Data Model, and API development.
• 8+ years of experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ContactManager, and ClaimCenter.
• 8+ years architecting integrations between Guidewire products and internal/external systems.
• 5+ years building microservices architecture and event-driven architecture patterns.
• 2+ years of hands-on Guidewire Claims domain experience and GW Edge API customization.
• Guidewire Cloud Certification is required.
• Experience leading Cloud programs and understanding cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in Agile development using Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence.
• Domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire ACE certification.
• Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, web services, and messaging.
• Database systems including Oracle and Mongo.
