You will lead the design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly data visualizations and dashboards using complex datasets from disparate sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to conceptualize and deploy ML solutions, including NLP and classification models.
• Create ad-hoc data models, reports, and analyses to support evolving business requirements.
• Generate actionable insights by leveraging technical expertise to identify critical business opportunities.
• Evaluate new methodologies to improve how data analytics creates value across the organization.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience developing or applying ML/NLP solutions in an industry or academic context.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Experience with data science tools including D3, AWS, Snowflake, and dbt.
• Expertise in natural language data and building text-based products using text mining, word embeddings, and transformer-based models.
• Strong data visualization skills using Spotfire, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with statistical methodologies such as regression, clustering, feature engineering, deep learning, time-series, and hypothesis testing.
• Ability to present complex technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of turning raw data into information that drives business decisions.

Preferred Skills

• M.S. in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Economics, etc.) with 5+ years of experience, or B.S. with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or device industry solving compliance or business challenges.
