Description

You lead the enterprise ServiceNow platform engineering function, owning platform engineering, reliability, and operations across internal services and CX-facing capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ServiceNow CoEI’s Platform Engineering & Support pillar, aligning operating rhythms with the CoEI Operating Model.
• Partner with the ServiceNow Platform Architect to define, publish, and maintain platform policies and technical guardrails.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing platform team, managing hiring, coaching, and performance.
• Own instance and environment strategy, including topology, cloning, and drift controls.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated test gates and govern release and deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in platform engineering.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform engineering and operations.
• Proficiency with CI/CD practices and automated test frameworks (ATF).
• Experience governing platform security and compliance within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and App Engine.
• Experience managing technical governance boards and platform standards.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Ability to enforce platform design standards and maintain reference architecture.
