Description

You will lead the Site Reliability Engineering function, owning system architecture, incident response, and cloud infrastructure optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce policies for incident response to minimize service disruptions and ensure swift resolution.
• Direct the adoption and refinement of containerization and orchestration technologies for efficient application scaling.
• Manage large SRE teams, mentoring engineers to enhance technical proficiency and problem-solving capabilities.
• Analyze post-incident reports to drive continuous improvement and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with security teams to integrate robust security practices into the continuous delivery pipeline and system architecture.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Computing, or System Architecture.
• Expert-level knowledge of containerization and orchestration platforms.
• Proven experience managing large teams of technical professionals.
• Strong background in monitoring, alerting, and real-time anomaly detection systems.
• Experience with capacity planning and managing scalability challenges.
• Ability to design and maintain robust security practices within CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing cloud infrastructure for cost-effectiveness and performance.
• Background in cross-functional collaboration to embed reliability in system design.
