Description

You will own the testing strategy and execution across various application layers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation suites using ACCELQ.
• Lead automation initiatives across enterprise applications.
• Set testing requirements, protocols, and analyze results for complex projects.
• Apply testing methodologies and manage testing efforts for multiple projects.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of testing experience, including setting requirements and analyzing results.
• 2+ years leading testing efforts.
• Expertise in testing Web, SOA/WS, and Java Backend applications.
• Proficiency with ACCELQ for automation.
• Experience applying ATDD/BDD and Gherkin.
• Proficiency with project management tools: HP ALM, Rally, JIRA.
• Strong SQL skills in Oracle.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of testing center of excellence strategy.
• Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall software development models.
